Marius Petipa’s Raymonda is one of the great classical ballets, from which many iconic solo variations and pieces of choreography originate. San Francisco Ballet is honored to be presenting Artistic Director Tamara Rojo’s version of Raymonda during the 2024-25 season, and on Sunday February 23 San Francisco Ballet School will be holding three Repertory Classes. Join us to learn choreography from this important ballet!

Ages 12–16:

San Francisco Ballet School Faculty member Anne-Sophie Rodriguez will be teaching a character style warm up and selections of choreography from Raymonda. Students should bring a character skirt and character shoes.

Ages 15–19:

Students ages 15+ will learn a traditional variation from Raymonda. Students should bring pointe shoes, and may bring a ballet skirt if they would like.

Ages 18+:

Adults of all ages and dance levels are invited to learn character choreography from Raymonda. Students can bring a character skirt and character shoes, but these items are not required.
