WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE AS A DANCER? WHY?

There’s so much energy in and around our performances, that it can be hard to wind down afterward and get enough rest for the next full day of dancing.

What are the first three things that you do every morning?

1) Get my daughter out of her crib and hug her 2) Make our breakfasts and my matcha latte 3) Solve a NYTimes crossword puzzle with my husband

What inspired you to keep dancing during the COVID-19 lockdown?

I was pregnant from April to December 2020. I wanted to experience dancing while pregnant and it felt good to continue something familiar while my body was going through something so new and different.

If you weren’t a dancer, what would your job be?

When I was growing up, my other dream job was to be a pediatrician.
